Great service - Krista is amazing!!
I've had lower back problems plague me for the last 5 years. Nothing I tried helped until I went to EPTG and started working with Julie. She really personalizes the care and gets to the core of the problem. I started going to Exchange Physical Therapy a little over a month ago after I herniated a disc in my neck. At the start, I had a significant amount of pain in my neck that radiated down my left shoulder/arm and caused that side of the body to be much weaker than my right. Within four weeks, my pain has mostly gone away and my strength is almost even across both arms. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Hoboken/Jersey City area and especially want to shout-out my PT, Julie, for doing a great job.
