I recently visited Exchange Eyecare at Fort Gordon to get fitted for new contact lenses and update my prescription. I'm almost in disbelief how good the care was, it was absolutely outstanding. Pros: -My appt was for 1400, I arrived a few minutes early and SOON as I went in, I was immediately checked in and cared for. I had originally scheduled my eye exam online for Tuesday, -- Aug after leaving several voicemails in attempt to make an appointment over the course of 3 weeks. I called in to confirm the appointment the day before as I had not been called to confirm it. The girl who answered was extremely rude, and let me know that my appointment was double booked and they had to cancel it. I was never notified of this, even after verifying my phone number with her. my children and I have had a great experience. We've been coming here 2 years now
Out of all the exams I have had this seemed very rushed and the lenses at the end didn't even look fully clear . The contacts he threw at me weren't matches either !
