Always such a pleasant experience. I want to shout out Patrick he has been beyond incredible and sweet. Meds always arrive on time, and phones are promptly answered. I have no plans to ever stop with EDPharmacy!! Excellent service, and even though I've moved away from downtown I will continue with exchange pharmacy!
I've been coming to this pharmacy for at least five years. Nothing but great things to say! Both head pharmacists I've dealt with over the years were incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. They offer free delivery but I prefer coming in just to say hi 🥰 There's also a small selection of over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and menstrual products, as well as some snacks for purchase!
This pharmacy absolutely amazing. In the past, I’ve dealt with some pretty poor service at other pharmacies, where the pharmacists are cold and uncaring. That is not the case here! The folks who work here are friendly, and always go above and beyond. My refills are always timely, they have great communication with my physician when I need a renewal of my prescription, and the delivery is incredibly handy. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people who work there.
My experience at this pharmacy has been okay overall. The owner is very friendly and helpful. However, I called earlier in the day to get a refill of my prescriptions and was notified that I was out of refills so they would need to request some from my doctor. When I called back later to see if the request had been filled, I was told by another staff member that I'd need to wait and hope that my doctor's office sent back a refill after the weekend.
