Great service, amazing staff! A gem of a service in our downtown!
My experience at this pharmacy has been okay overall. The owner is very friendly and helpful. However, I called earlier in the day to get a refill of my prescriptions and was notified that I was out of refills so they would need to request some from my doctor. When I called back later to see if the request had been filled, I was told by another staff member that I'd need to wait and hope that my doctor's office sent back a refill after the weekend. So I've been with shoppers my whole life and something needed to change. Hannah & Patrick answered every single question I had when I first called (and still do). They're both super knowledgeable in what they do and are willing to help out if they're able to. The phone call reminders of my prescriptions the day before or when due is just 🤌🏾.
