My experience at this pharmacy has been okay overall. The owner is very friendly and helpful. However, I called earlier in the day to get a refill of my prescriptions and was notified that I was out of refills so they would need to request some from my doctor. When I called back later to see if the request had been filled, I was told by another staff member that I'd need to wait and hope that my doctor's office sent back a refill after the weekend. So I've been with shoppers my whole life and something needed to change. Hannah & Patrick answered every single question I had when I first called (and still do). They're both super knowledgeable in what they do and are willing to help out if they're able to. The phone call reminders of my prescriptions the day before or when due is just 🤌🏾. This pharmacy absolutely amazing. In the past, I’ve dealt with some pretty poor service at other pharmacies, where the pharmacists are cold and uncaring. That is not the case here! The folks who work here are friendly, and always go above and beyond. My refills are always timely, they have great communication with my physician when I need a renewal of my prescription, and the delivery is incredibly handy. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people who work there.

The folks who work at this pharmacy are literally the BEST. I cannot recommend them enough. They were so kind and patient and helped me in dealing with every issue that came up in the process of getting me what I needed, way above and beyond what any other (chain) pharmacy has ever done for me.
