this rating is for what my needs are. exchange bank is a rich man's bank. too high of minimum deposits. for the minimum depost prerequesite Exchange Bank demands, I can make a lot better on some carefully selected stocks. I know there is some risk there. but, hey how do I know I won't lose money in a bank account

great bank and even better people! always greeted with a smile and they know my name and business. small town bank feel in the Captial City. i have used akt of areas of the bank I have been used: commerical line if credit, home mortgage, savings account for my kiddos. Exchange Bank is awesome! I've worked with a lot of banks in Lincoln, both local and big national chains, and none have provided the personal touch that we've received from Exchange. This bank has the worst customer service I've been associated with. They want to charge my 88 yr old mother penalties because she needs some cash from her CD during the COVID-19 epidemic. Very Bad Business
