The best and most trustworthy bank to do business with!
Went in to inquire a construction loan and was told no one is in the building for that and to inquire online. Filled out the request online for someone to contact us. Heard nothing for weeks. Then had to inquire again and we finally got someone. Was not told their pre approval process results in a hard credit check and found that out before we even finished giving them all the required information. With concerns as to why, we were told our credit is still "good" and shouldn't matter that our scores dropped because of this. S... read more
