I bought a 2bed 2 bath in 2021 and haven’t had any complaints- the new property manager (Keisha- I think she’s been there about 2 years now) is so friendly, helpful and responsive. Beautiful pool, gym and walking trails around the community. Parking for last-minute visitors can be tough, but if you have 24 hour notice management will give you a parking pass so guests can use the top floor of the garage. I love the open concept in the hallways- it gives it a beachy vibe and isn’t musty like many enclosed condo buildings.
