The staff here have been amazing—especially Mrs. Gina. She has been incredibly helpful in every aspect of living here, from financial questions to mechanical issues. Anytime something came up, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. It really makes a difference to have staff like her. Highly recommend!
Great place to rent from. Nice amenities and wonderful people, Luke Emory, Dashia, and Jina.
I recently visited a family member that lives here. The property is beautifully maintained, and the Apartments are very nice. While visiting I was lucky enough to meet Gina the Community Director, and she was so nice! She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all the questions I had. When the time comes, this will definitely be a property I consider moving too!
I can’t speak as a tenant, but we were visiting family and the property looked really nice. The clubhouse and pool area were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly as well.
Just beginning my third year at Exchange at Crestview. Nice facility for many types of people. I feel safe and secure living hear and am very comfortable in my one bedroom home. The staff is always kind and helpful. I look forward to another year of peace , quite, and comfort at Exchange at Crestview.
