They allow certain tenants to break rules because of their status. There is a cop in the community who keeps allowing his dog to crap in everyone’s yard. They don’t enforce the rules because’s he’s a cop. Everyone should be held to the same standard. Also, the apartment homes themselves are okay but not luxury.
Love living here! I have lived here for the past year and I have nothing but great things to say! Office staff is lovely and works promptly to resolve any issues that arise!

Dejiah does a great job helping out , she’ll answer any questions you have. She keeps the place lively and fun. You can tell she loves what she does which makes me love Exchange even more!
You might as well consider this section 8 housing. The property is understaffed, not maintained, and complete and utter chaos. Residents are allowed to damage property, have underage drinking, and continued drug problems onsite. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live this is not it.
