Okay where do I start.. they sent us a check for what was left of our deposit, when I informed them that I wouldn’t be able to cash it because I’m no where near the bank that wrote it, they did nothing to help and I guess just expect me to take the $700 loss?? Next, the apartments are put together very poorly, clearly a rush job. Also, the HIDDEN FEES are just ridiculous, they charge you for every single thing they can on top of your monthly rent. Don’t live here if you can help it.
Living in these “luxury apartments” has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in an apartment. When we first moved in, the toilet was backing up into the bathtub. We couldn’t even use our bathroom for the first two days. The electrical wiring was mixed up with the upstairs unit, which no one realized until a month later when the power went out and shut the entire complex down. Nice place. Super clean
Fantastic service. Dejiah was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very fun to work with. Made my apartment hunting very easy and set me at ease. Can not express how happy I am with her and The Exchange At Crestview. Look forward to moving in and staying there for a long time.
We only lived here for a year because the traffic on 85 is a disaster trying to get to and from work in Niceville and AFB and we desperately wanted to move closer. If that hadn’t been the case, we definitely would have stayed longer. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious and we had no issues with loud neighbors or trash. There were some minor construction issues with cabinets, but nothing major and it was an easy fix.
