I moved in August of last year. There are a few things that were important to me as to why I chose to move into the Exchange: the pool, the gym, the 24 access to the community clubhouse area, and how clean the grounds were kept. Six months later some things have changed. The access to the clubhouse has been limited and cannot exceed beyond 7pm due to residents not cleaning up after themselves which ruined it for everyone else. I’ve been living here since June 2025 and have really enjoyed my time here! The office staff are so friendly and extremely helpful when I have any questions or concerns. The units are beautiful, clean, and definitely feel luxurious like they advertise. For the most part, noise has been minimal and even if I have a concern, the staff are quick to help out and the neighbors are great too!
