Very unresponsive to maintenance requests. They will lie and just hope that you “forget” about it. Apartments are not fully sealed, causing the A/C to run much more than traditionally needed. Expect a high power bill. There isn’t much care when they put these apartments together. They just throw it up as quick as they can leading to a lot of issues.
