My experience in the Exchange at Crestview was great. Especially Dianndra, who went above and beyond to make everything went smoothly and was incredibly sweet. From tours of the apartments to when we actually moved in. She was very professional and friendly. Thank you Dianndra !
Honestly the apartments were nice when me and the wife moved in the staff were nice and got everything done for us fast, but later on when we started to have problems with neighbors stomping upstairs numerous times the staff did very little to get them to stop not only that we’re still staying at these so called luxury apartments and had a maintenance work order put in 4 months ago and are issue still isn’t resolved, the pool is only 3 feet only good for kids, the gym probably in my opinion is the only luxury thing here /the... read more
