After losing our house a year ago due to a a sale that didn't go through was both tough and discouraging. After finding out about having excess proceeds from one of those out of state companies, which by the way they harassed my entire family about it. We researched and found Butler Law. As painful as it was to see a family member go through the foreclosure process, It was even more painful to see so many people try to take advantage of them. One company came by "auction day" trying to get them to sign an excess proceeds contract while they were packing up. They stated they were with the lawfirm/auction company and could get them their equity back faster (they were not). Please lookup Arizona Statute (ARS section 33-812 P). A contract cannot be signed until after 30 days of foreclosure. It also needs to be d... read more
