Cesar is awesome. Highly recommend. I notice everyone leaving one star reviews seems like a total Karen, I mean one person even complained about the fact that he works out of a garage behind a residence? Seriously? Go somewhere else dude, renting a commercial spot is downright unaffordable in these areas for a small business. I’ve used Cesar to tint my vehicles for the last 3 years or so. This place has terrible service. Cheap price always comes at a cost! Stay away from here! Cheap Quality tint. I’m sure it’ll turn purple within a a year. Took my car in for Window Tints and they installed 20% tints. I wasn’t explained to properly the legal limit for tint in Va. I called the next day if there is anything he can do change it to the legal limit. He was aggressive on the phone and made me feel stupid about the decision and blamed it on me that it was my fault to go with the 20% tint. He kept saying this is a bus... read more
