Very disappointed with the service provided for our wedding, terrible communication and does not take responsibility for errors. There were no kids meals as requested, the vegetarian meals were soggy, one of the staff members dropped the roast beef on the floor and put it back in the container and served it to our guests. The staff dropped dishes on the floor and did not try and clean up the broken glass, we had a guest cut themselves on it while trying to clean it up so the kids didn’t get hurt. Exceptional Thymes was excellent for communication leading up to the event. The portion sizes were huge and the food was incredible. Highly recommend their turkey dinner!

I attended a wedding catered by this company and would not recommend them for your event! Unfortunately, I cannot say one positive thing about them. The servers were loud and rude, making it difficult to hear the speaches. The salad was soggy, the main course took over an hour to serve 100 guests and was for the most part luke warm. Had an awful experience with them, catering our wedding. They made several mistakes throughout, such as beginning to serve the salads before the ceremony even began (About two hours early), bringing the wrong salad, and the wrong side dish. They also told guests in attendance that they weren’t on the list and therefore did not have a meal, but when we confirmed with the list that we had sent them and that they had confirmed receipt of, these guests were on the list.
