I attended a wedding catered by this company and would not recommend them for your event! Unfortunately, I cannot say one positive thing about them. The servers were loud and rude, making it difficult to hear the speaches. The salad was soggy, the main course took over an hour to serve 100 guests and was for the most part luke warm. Had an awful experience with them, catering our wedding. They made several mistakes throughout, such as beginning to serve the salads before the ceremony even began (About two hours early), bringing the wrong salad, and the wrong side dish. They also told guests in attendance that they weren’t on the list and therefore did not have a meal, but when we confirmed with the list that we had sent them and that they had confirmed receipt of, these guests were on the list. Exceptional Thymes catered a wedding I attended this summer. Suffice to say these folks put service outside of priority. They served the wrong food. The food they did serve was cold. When confronted about the poor service, the upper management spun a native that placed the bride and groom at fault. Avoid using this company if you can.

We had hired Exceptional Thymes for our wedding caterer this past summer. We had high hopes after attending our initial taste test and meeting at their restaurant. Unfortunately we were severely disappointed at their service, communication and professionalism. After we had made the initial deposit after the taste test we found communication extremely difficult.
