Do not stay with this company. We stayed with them in Telluride in July 2023. The property we rented while not misrepresented certainly left much to be desired based on the HUGE cost. They refused to even discuss the topic of partial refunds, saying that there was nothing they could do as we booked through Airbnb -- total BS.
