This place has constant staff turnover, no cleaning crew most of the time and poor administration, with constant director turnover as well. I found Dad in an extremely neglectful situation on Sunday, at 1 in the afternoon he was laying in bed in only depends that hadn’t been changed since the night before, he had not eaten or been out of bed, two pills one in his bed and one on the side table.
