We contracted Exceptional One to replace our carpeting and flooring and do some touch up work in our home while we went out of town. We left early morning and when we returned four days later, we felt like we had a new home. Everything was completed beyond our expectations. We have already recommended Exceptional One to another family member. Thanks to Dan and his entire team for a job well done.
Tremendous company to paint your house! Our house was built in 1988, and a lot of the cedar trim was distressed. In their 3-step process, carpenters replaced many cedar boards. Later, one of the workers power washed all the surfaces to be painted. The third step was painting all surfaces including gutters. The owner, Dan Messer, was out this morning for a final inspection. He took photos of small areas he wanted to be re-worked. I highly recommend Exceptional One!
I hired Exceptional One Services to remodel my outdated basement and I couldn't be happier with the results. They transformed the space into a comfortable modern area complete with a bedroom and full bathroom. The team was professional, punctual and attentive to every detail throughout the project. Communication was clear from the start to finish and the quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any home remodel project.

Please don't do what we did, and hire cheap contractors that do shoddy work, only to then hire Dan to fix all their screw-ups before he can do what you originally asked him to do! I wish I would had know him 20 years ago! My house is absolutely beautiful now! His work and the work of his staff is beyond Exceptional!
