I sent my mom flowers for her to receive after her hip replacement surgery. I spent more $$$ than I ever have on having flowers delivered. She especially loves hydrangeas. I was disappointed with the first bouquet and expressed that to the owner. He expeditiously responded to my feedback, shared a detailed description of each stem added (the recipe) and then offered to add some stems in a second delivery.
