I ordered the screen online and when it was delivered it was in a crate. I had possibly the worst experience. The delivery person would not bring it in my house or even to my house. He was so rude. He just left it at the end of my driveway. The part that really bothered me is that I emailed back to Exceptional Fire to express my frustration regarding delivery and was told by Bea Soja to basically suck it up that they do not deal with delivery and really did not care. Loved the size of the samples. Something can actually hold up to the wall and get a good look. The samples are so much better than the pics. Well worth the spend if you are planning on getting a mantel.
