Company did work on our roof 2020 and left anchor holes in the roof and now the phone numbers are disconnected. The agent is no longer available and no way to make a claim.
Shane and crew are excellent. He brings ample crew to get the job done fast. They clean up like they were never there and Shane will deal with your insurance company for you.
I would not recommend this company. I have complained over a month ago and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back from the management. A roofing job that they said would take 4 to 5 days has taken over a month to complete. The clear plastic strips they tore off every shingle has been scattered all over our property. I asked if they would pick them up after the job was completed and their answer was: no the plastic is biodegradable!
I highly recommend Exceptional Exteriors LLC! They did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters. The entire company was great to work with and they use quality products - Owens Corning roofing materials. Communication is superior, I always knew what to expect and when, and our experience was so much smoother than we expected a roofing job to be!
If their guarantee on the roof. Is the same as their guarantee on the price? I'm screwed. Gave their word on an out-of-pocket price and they exceeded that price by an substantial amount.
