I requested for an electrician to come to my home and fix outlets and rewire them because they do not work properly. I’ve had 2 different people come to my home and now have paid this company about $370 but my outlets are not fixed. The technician put some covers on and attempted to overcharge me, then had a mouthful to say when I questioned the bill because he didn’t take off the amount I had already paid. Sage went above and beyond at fixing our fan with lights that were no longer working! We would highly recommend Exceptional Electric and Sage!
It was a great experience! Sage, the tech, was sent out the very next day, after calling the office. He was right on time, very professional, knowledgeable and well-mannered. He explained everything in detail, then got right to work. He finished in a timely manner, and even cleaned up any plaster that fell on the floor during the job. I’m so happy that I called! I always find the electricians to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I have never been disappointed in the service provided. Once again had them back….3rd or 4th project in last few months….and continue to be pleased.
