Second deep clean with D. Diana…not only was the gas machine ready, more importantly she reminded me about my spa music on phone to play. She remembered from last time!! D. Diana was efficient and I asked her to talk me the procedure- it helped with my anxiety and the drill noise kinda drowned out cause I had to process what she was telling me. First time here, Catalina an Sophia explained every detail bout my Extraction Routine... My only question was , Will i feel any pain???? I didn't feel no Pain, tooth was out an i didn't feel a Thing... I highly recommend anybody to make this your Dentist....
Only reason not 5 was because the nitrous machine wasn’t working and poor ladies had me in the chair already and were trying to figure out the nitrous issue. They ended up swapping out the other machine with about a 10 min delay or so, even still, my Dental Hygienist was able to nail it!! Diana was phenomenal! Efficient - careful - paid attention to cues like me lifting my head slightly so I could swallow easier. She then went on to tilt my chair for the rest of my deep clean making me more comfy.
