Today was a horrible traumatic experience!! My appointment was scheduled at the end of the month. The office called to let me know that I could come in earlier for a deep cleaning. I asked the rep. how long will the appointment last, she replied, “one hour”. I got over to the appointment paid my balance of $114.00. When I got in the chair the hygienist explained that this appointment would be 2 hour. I let the hygienist know that I was told an hour. Everyone here was so nice, and the dentist was very knowledgeable. I’m usually nervous about visiting the dentist, and this was by far my best experience.
Very pleased with the dental services at this dental office and Dr. Adragna. Also Dr. Adragna is a very good dentist. I highly recommend him. He is very professional and has a wonderful bed side manner. I was very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Dr. Agragna and his staff.
I am new to this practice - have only been there for a couple of cleanings. But I had a tooth crack and break, so I needed a crown. I was pretty anxious about having this work done in a new practice, but Dr. Setti and his assistant did everything they could to keep me comfortable and reduce my anxiety. I was very pleased.
Kudos to the ladies at the front desk they’re always on point! Ms. Alice Ho does amazing work !!! She’s gentle and communicates very well !!! Thank you all at exceptional dental. See you soon.
