I filled out their questionnaire for my visit, listing what I my dental concerns were and what I was looking to have done. Nobody talked to me about any of those things. I was told I had to have deep cleanings first. I had already given them my ins info and asked the cost and what was covered before I had anything done. There were mouse glue boards in the bathrooms, which felt unsanitary. My first deep cleaning appointment the hygienist kept running between my room and the other rooms, every 15 or so minutes.
