From the outset, my experience was unsatisfactory. The dental assistant failed to provide a clear explanation of the entire process concerning the X-rays. Furthermore, her demeanor was impersonal, which contributed to my discomfort. During the X-ray procedure, she was not gentle with my mouth. When I requested that she involve another staff member to assist, she responded with laughter, which I found unprofessional. Very friendly staff! Went in for chipped teeth. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results.
All the staff were 100% professional. They took care of me through the entire process. The only flaw in the system is, I am 6'4 and weigh 300lbs. They need better drugs. I was wide awake for the entire procedure.
