Jacques was able to talk through the planned tune and what would be delivered. Work was done on time as promised. Car has improved accelerator and turbo response and flat spots in acceleration (turbo) have been removed, definitely a better car to drive. As yet I have not been able to gauge fuel consumption as I haven't driven like for like load and conditions.
Easily one of the best mechanics I’ve went with, they actively tried to save me money, they got it done quickly and they were very easy to communicate with

Solid customer service, by the receptionists and even mechanics, who took their time and expertise to explain and provide useful information about my repairs, state of my car and more. Also having the parts I need on hand or in a very timely fashion. Felt quite informed & welcomed. Happy with pricing too. Will be coming back for future repairs and clarifications.
