The staff and doctor showed so much love, I felt no pain. I ask questions they had answers. If we had a doctor and a staff like I experience today, it would be a better health world. Just like their name, everyone excelled... Excelsis: in the highest degree. Dr. Joshi is phenomenal, and so was the front office secretary, and not forgetting the dental assistant. The root canal was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. Joshi and her team made the entire experience comfortable. This was my 2nd root canal with Excelsis. Dr. Derek Ego-Osuala is amazing. I was so comfortable during both root canals that I started drifting off to sleep!
I was so anxious and scared before my appointment but it turns out I didn't need to be. When I expressed my concern to the front desk staff they assured me that I had nothing to worry about and they were right. I had a PAINLESS experience.
