Let me preface with I WAS TERRIBLE ANXIOUS. First and foremost upon entering the office I was greeted by the Dr. himself! How Uber professional and unexpected. Then, his office was was cordial, professional, clean in appearance, quick and well spoken. The office staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. My daughter needed a root canal and due to the fact that she had been in pain for days before the appt, and she suffers from a chronic illness I asked if she could get sadated for the procedure. The girl that answers says they cannot do it and hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the office mgr, Lauren comes on the phone already on the defensive, giving me attitude and telling me that the sadation is only given to patients that come in at 8am.
