The Staff is rude and very disrespectful. They don't let you know there rules and policies . If you call in to reschedule they will account it as a missed appointment. I wouldn't step foot in this place. I would do my own root canal before I let this place do it.
I am an extremely anxious patient. Dr Joshi was kind, her voice was soothing and the Pulp Test she performed didn't send me into a panic (like previous providers). She is patient and has a great chairside manner. I had a really good experience and that is saying a lot coming from someone as fearful as I am. If I ever need any dental work that can be performed by this office, I am definitely there. Thank you so much Dr. Joshi!!!!!
Just finished my appointment . I had to really make this clear my Doctor was amazing but Sara at the front desk should not be working in this environment, especially when people are dealing with insurance policies and she’s not welcoming at all. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and do not believe this matter was handled professionally or transparently. In 2023, my daughter was referred to this office by Confident Smiles in Waldorf after a drill bit broke during a root canal and could not be retrieved by the original dentist. We were referred here specifically to address that issue. At no point were we informed that the broken instrument was not removed. I saw Dr. Derek Ego-Osuala. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and comfortable. I had a root canal and the procedure was quick and pain-free.
