I was treated immediately and they could not have been nicer and understanding. I was seen quickly, and taken care of just as quick. I was suffering from a severe anxiety attack and they whisked me right in and I was taken care of and out of there within an hour.
Im very surprised,by reading these reviews. I hurt my back today 9/29/2016. From the minute I walked into the door, I received excellent care the doctor Dr. Danny Bartlett was amazing, he took his time didn't rush out, was very concerned about me. While visiting Family and Friends in Excelsior Springs, Missouri my son had to visit the ER in September 2012. My Son is 20 yrs old on unemployment. He inquired about financial assistance to help him pay his bill. Someone in the billing department said he could not qualify unless he lived in the Excelsior area or had a family doctor who works within the network.
