First off, the owner, Jim, came up into the mountains for a FREE estimate and was perfectly on time for a hard to reach location. The quote was very competitively priced for a mold remediation job and then, when the project took a turn and ended up being considerably more intricate and time consuming for his team, Jim kept his initial price despite it taking 3x longer than anticipated. Had them do mold removal and restoration in the basement and attic. They did good work and were friendly and professional. They were also the best-priced by a wide margin. I'd definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from Excelsior Restoration. My husband and I were putting our home on the market and discovered a slight mold issue in the attic. From the very first call, Jim and his team were responsive, informative, and went above & beyond to get the work done quickly to fit a tight schedule.
