I give a 3 star due to some good residents. They need some touch ups. Like most places. There is some nice places there.
Bought a trailer and moved in back in March 2024, and have had no issues. Landlord is awesome and maintenance men are friendly.
Some homes have trash all around them, but a lot are pretty clean.
Need to fix the bed bug problems treating the grass would help
