Too many horrible memories! Being taken for $3000. For the purchase of a mobile home that we were told was free of all leins and the title was clean. Turned out the home was the even theirs to begin with! The mobile park property corporation had a lien against the property for 3 yrs back rent! Not to mention the true owner was deceased and nobody knew anything of next of kin or family. We moved in in December had a nice Xmas and then boom.happy new year we can't live there!!!
