I called this company at 10:45 AM and was scheduled for a service window between 11 AM and 1 PM. I waited patiently, but no one showed up, and I never received any updates. After 1 PM, I called to check in—they apologized and said they would reach out to the technician—still nothing. i don't often write reviews, but last night our garage door spring snapped and trapped our car inside. called this morning around 8, got scheduled immediately for a repair—no hassle and everything was clear. jermaine showed up within an hour and had the garage door working smoothly again before 10. the price was fair and the service was excellent. really appreciate it.
we had trouble with our garage door not working right on a saturday. since the previous owners used excelsior garage door service, we called the number on the door sticker. we got a same day appointment. lucas showed up on time and explained everything clearly. he fixed the problem quickly. the price was fair, and they offered a few options for extra warranties. i definitely recommend them for garage door repair.
I've never felt the need to write a review before, but Lucas from Excelsior Garage Door Service was truly exceptional. He arrived the same day I requested help to install my new garage door opener. While he was here, he also serviced the garage door, which used to make noises louder than a rock concert when in use. The newly installed garage door opener is working perfectly, and the garage door is now amazingly quiet during operation. Not exactly sure how he did it, but I would say... it's magic.
