Just moved to the area, was nervous about attending this practice after reading the reviews. We only waited 5 mins to be seen. Reception staff were lovely and Dr Saeed was amazing. Yes, it is busy, and there wasn't sufficient seating but we didn't wait long so didn't affect us.
The receptionist was calm and friendly and the Dr Raghdaa is our preferred Dr with a thorough, insightful, respectful manner especially that she can correspond in the Arabic language
Dr. Haneen treats her patient lile they are family yet remains very professional. She takes time to ensure you understand what is happening and apologises for any inconveinence although it is out of her hand to fix. Truely the best Doctor I have had!!!
