I understand that a company has a million customers and I understand that they have a lot of problems with a lot of those customers, but you would think the customers that they don't have problems, and that are good customers, they would treat them better. Charging a fee on a customer that has been with Excelsior for over 10 years and has never paid late, but has one month where the check got lost, and calls asking for a break, and gets told No, is just bad customer service if you ask me. Shame on you Excelsior EMC
