They are getting over on the reconnect fees. A bal of $54 resulted in lights being cutoff, and then have to pay $90 for reconnect fees. Notified them that I am not getting notifications at all from them. It isn't a money issue, it is me being responsible for 3 households and relying on the notifications of bill being due. Charging $90 to flip a switch is crazy. The elderly are on fixed incomes, and to have that big of a chunk taken from their income is robbery. The ladies I spoke with don't care. I've lived in a lot of different states in my 69 years of living and this is the worst electric company I have ever come in contact with, the lights go out every time the wind blows a little bit and it takes them forever to fix the problem, so my advice is if you're going to used this company you better have plenty of flash lights and batteries, SORRY COMPANY
