This is the worst power service ever. Their surges fried some of my electronics, then due to random outages I've lost work on machines and now screwed on that. Yall need to get jt together cause yall suck
They are getting over on the reconnect fees. A bal of $54 resulted in lights being cutoff, and then have to pay $90 for reconnect fees. Notified them that I am not getting notifications at all from them. It isn't a money issue, it is me being responsible for 3 households and relying on the notifications of bill being due. Charging $90 to flip a switch is crazy. The elderly are on fixed incomes, and to have that big of a chunk taken from their income is robbery. The ladies I spoke with don't care.
