Bill was due the 6th of June, recieved it on the 6th. Paid from my checking and got a late charge for the first time in 23 years. Emailed them and told them that the payment was already made and add the late fee on next month's bill, they're response, in capital letters with a exclamation point was, OK! Of course the sender didn't have the guts to put who it was from, just unkn sender.
Bill says they will give you a payment arrangement, but both times I have been in the position to need one, they will only extend the due date by a few days and then cut off your power. There is no make payments across a few months option. If that is your policy, don't list otherwise on the bill.
The power goes out with the slightest gust of wind.
