Was not very inviting when I went in. They and answer questions but just didn't seem like they cared one way or another if I bought something or not seemed like they were bored. Pastrie older than freshly cooked Don't think they cook pastries daily.

Wouldn't know. Came one morning and waited for them to open at 8am. Didn't happen. Knocked on door at 8:10, no response and tried to call and no answer. Changed our departure from ES to get some nice pastries, but.....
We have ordered birthday cakes, whoopie pies, bread and cookies. We have NEVER been disappointed. Love this place.
This place has so much potential. Unfortunately, the customer service experience fell short during our visit. The staff member who assisted us seemed disengaged and did not actively interact with guests. While I’m sure she was pleasant, a warmer and more attentive approach would have made a big difference. Several tables needed attention, including cleaning and restocking silverware, which gave the impression that the dining room was not being actively monitored.
