We have ordered birthday cakes, whoopie pies, bread and cookies. We have NEVER been disappointed. Love this place.
This place has so much potential. Unfortunately, the customer service experience fell short during our visit. The staff member who assisted us seemed disengaged and did not actively interact with guests. While I’m sure she was pleasant, a warmer and more attentive approach would have made a big difference. Several tables needed attention, including cleaning and restocking silverware, which gave the impression that the dining room was not being actively monitored. Perhaps I had visions of Europe in my head as I entered the boulangerie, or perhaps I was hoping for a hidden gem offering delicious flaky pastries and breads, but this establishment fell below what my taste buds and senses craved. The selection is limited as they have not had the business traction to warrant a fully stocked display case of fresh baked goods, both savory and sweet.
