My daughter and I were in a car accident a few months ago and met with Caleb Prior at the Pleasant Grove location before he transferred to the Murray location. He went above and beyond for us. I could tell that he cared about our recovery and was very kind and patient. I will always be grateful for his help in our healing.
UPDATE: Another appointment canceled by them due to a supposed scheduling conflict. My appointment was scheduled over a month ago! They didn’t notice it until two hours before my appointment. Do they not check their schedule the day or weeks before? This place is awful. Every single appointment I’ve scheduled has been rescheduled without my knowledge. Appointment setters are very disorganized. Sometimes double schedule the patients at different locations and sometimes your appointment is canceled because they messed up the dates. They do not accommodate patients who are in pain, miss work to make their appointments, etc. very poor customer service
