We worked with Excelon Projects and Atlas Architects on a 4 two-story townhouses on a 700sqm block of land in Glenroy. The process was very efficiently handled by Excelon Projects and they were able to achieve a permit in under 4 months and endorsement shortly after in 6 months.

As a photographer and designer, Excelon is nothing short as an ideal client. Clear and concise in terms of briefing and expectations, no hassle after delivery. In the process of collaboration I can see that they are trying their best to avoid cookie-cutting projects and offer something unique to the market. The National Architecture Award for Lothian Street project was well deserved.

We have worked with Excelon furnishing one of their developments on Lothain St, North Melbourne. I can honestly say this was a project we were thrilled to be a part of. Outstanding design, quality fixtures and fittings and incredible attention to detail. It was very refreshing being in a new development with so much individuality. The staff were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. If only I had the money to live in one of their apartments!!
