Lousy insurance, cheap--they pay themselves instead of paying for my bandages, they are not paying for the 2nd ambulance to the ER, or paying doctors more. I am on bandages for weeks, have to pay for them all, just received a 3-day supply through Excellus. Almost died in the 2nd ambulance when my blood sugar dropped to the lower 30s, luckily the ambulance had glucose. I was having issues with submitting a dental claim online and while looking at the BCBS website I noticed there was a place to visit which is the Kellogg Rd office. I called and talked to Denise who was very helpful and friendly. She said someone there could help me with the claim. Sabrina definitely did help me. She was able to look up my account and submit the claim for me. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely would go back there if I have any problems in the future.
