Tina Hazen……….an angel in disguise. My boyfriend was having issues getting his prescriptions filled. After about 20 phone calls and going in circles we finally found Tina. Within 24 hours the problem was solved and had prescriptions 48 hours later. In my opinion Superwoman. We are so grateful and thankful to have found her. I received a letter from Excellus stating, with no explanation, that my Blue Choice Option policy was cancelled. I went to this office to find out why. According to the employee I talked to, I just got too old. No need to insure people over 65, it seems. Excellus let me down just as I’m reaching an age when I might actually need medical help. I will curse the name Excellus until the day I die.
