Had my plan canceled as of December 31. Visited these folks today and they were able to sort things out. Great help and much appreciated.
Trying to get help with choosing a new Medicare Advantage plan. They said it was first come first serve. But they don’t do that. People that came in after me are being seen before me. Been waiting 45 minutes. And they just let in someone else ahead of me. SMH They keep letting people in that came here after me. Such BS!
Honestly I’m kinda surprised by the low stars. Every time I call I get a lady who talks clearly, is extremely kind, and very helpful! My question is always answered! The reason I actually decided to leave a review is because they seemed so abnormally nice!
