Pleasant Customer Service - not very timely on reviews - Non Approval of prescriptions with many hoops to jump through
They want to charge you an ample amount of money but don't wanna pay the health care providers. Odds are if you go with bcbs, your probably gonna be looking for a new pcp every couple years.
