Sent Excello a check on 4-22-26 to continue my Termite protection coverage. The check has not been cashed. I have call them numerous times on both of their listed phone numbers. No one ever answers nor do they ever return my calls. I'm guessing they are out of business. I stopped payment on the check. This company is extreemly unreliable, and it is recommend avoiding doing business with them
Phone rarely if ever gets answered. Voice mails are rarely if ever get returned. Company claims to cover three counties but I've had the same tech (who did a great job ) do the iinitian inspection and treatment. Payment is expected BEFORE the application. Waited weeks for actual work done. Paid for one year inspection but the tech "was sick". He's your only tech? Avoid this company.
