Phone rarely if ever gets answered. Voice mails are rarely if ever get returned. Company claims to cover three counties but I've had the same tech (who did a great job ) do the iinitian inspection and treatment. Payment is expected BEFORE the application. Waited weeks for actual work done. Paid for one year inspection but the tech "was sick". He's your only tech? Avoid this company.

Been using them for years. Friendly, informative and reliable. They work quickly and have never had any issues. We get ants, roaches and mice on occasion and they always know what to do.
