Joe is the best in the business. As my appliances age and break down, I am left with the decision to try and fix it or buy something new. I had a recent terrible experience with another appliance repair company. They straight out took my money because the appliance went back to being inoperable the next day. Joe has saved more than a few appliances for me. He is professional, honest, and can get the job done. He just repaired an appliance that still has life in it when no one else had a clue what to do. Thanks Joe.
Joe is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, responsive to communication, and hard working. I had a Frigidaire dryer that had a worn out belt. Joe immediately diagnosed the issue, got the right parts, and my dryer is now working again. He knows a lot about appliances and walked around my home to give me advice on the other appliances I had. He charges a very fair price and is also funny in person. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any appliance issue!
Joe was really great! He was communicative and let me know when he was on his way. He fixed my oven and also gave me lots of information about my oven and the condition it was in. He didn’t try to sell me anything, and he was patient with all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.
Joe is terrific! Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and made a recommendation to replace it, given the cost of the repair. Honest and reliable, highly recommended.
