Completely disappointed. This mechanic took advantage of the situation and overcharged me badly. No clear estimate, no communication, just a big bill at the end. This kind of business hurts drivers who are already dealing with enough expenses. Avoid if you value your money. There is alot of good honest mechanics in michigan but not this one
STAY AWAY RUN AWAY This is hands down one of the most unethical mechanic shops I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment the bill came out, it was clear this place exists to overcharge and take advantage of customers. I was charged almost DOUBLE for parts just because they were brought from the dealership. When I demanded a breakdown, the owner A.J OR ALI admitted—like it was normal—that he adds a 20% markup to EVERY part and then slaps on another $30 “driver fee.” None of this was disclosed upfront. These guys have great pricing , get you out fast and are very personable with customers and knowledgeable about their crafts of heavy and light duty diesel repair. It’s difficult to find those qualities in the world of diesel repair companies. They check all the boxes on things that matter, and they don’t drain your wallet of hard earned money. I had a brake chamber blow on the highway just outside their shop and the service was undeniably fast and to my surprise affordable small business taking care of small businesses they have my upmost respect and can definitely get you on the road as fast as they can
