Alright cleaning. Got charged extra even though they said over the call that they won’t have surprise charges.
Came and “steam cleaned” rug which looks exactly the same with no stains removed. Sam instantly replies when getting the job but when something needs rectifying, he seems to have disappeared and won’t reply to any messages or calls so the customer service is very poor. It is a shame that the job wasn’t finished properly. It’s unfortunate that while the rug was wet it appeared clean to my husband and paid him in cash but once dried now it looks the same and stains still there.
