My daughters went in for a hair cut from Miss Helena.. they were so upset and very displeased with their hair cut. Both of my daughters mentioned how they wanted their hair and HELENA chose to cut it the way she wanted. One inch off is what my daughter requested, but she got a chop all the way to her shoulders. When trying to speak with Helena and ask her about what happened she was very dismissive and shifted the blame to my daughters, as if she was not the one holding the scissors. I stopped at 2:30 for a haircut . There was only one gentleman there, he was busy with other customers,he called the owner, Sylvia and asked her what time she would be available to cut my hair. I was told to come back at 5 o’clock which I did when I got there Sylvia was there in the middle coloring somebody’s hair, they did not have the decency to call me to tell me they were not gonna be able to provide me with a haircut at 5 o’clock. I been growing the top of my hair for a while to obtain a hair style I been trying to get. I went in just for a fade and told the barber not to touch the top of my hair at all. The barber ended up cutting the side of my bangs and now no matter how I style my hair it just doesn't look good. Pretty disappointed.
