Reliable with coming to clean our pool but not with fixing things upon request. Then I get a text from a random guy saying he will be our new pool guy and he’s not with this company. So in essence this owner gave a random guy my key with out letting me know. Fine, no big deal. But this new guy just stopped coming. Not returning my text or calls and is ignoring my requests to return my key. Ridiculous
I called Daniel at Excellent Pool Service, because my pool was a complete mess due to my neighbors tree. Daniel and his team did an amazing job, and within 3 days had my pool sparkling clean!! They were awesome!
Told me he would come out on Monday for a repair, then ignored my messages ad never came
I didn't know who to call for a pool leak. Read a few reviews and decided on Excellent Pool Services. Glad I did. They answered the phone, came out the following morning, and fixed the problem quickly. I trust them.
