We had a leak under the kitchen sink coming from our old garbage disposal on a Sunday afternoon, not a huge emergency. But girl we spoke to was very kind and had Gino call us immediately. He dispatched Saul who he came out ASAP 9am Monday. Saul did a great job replacing the disposal. I also had questions about some other issues we started to notice in one of the bathrooms and he took the time to offer advice on some possible fixes to consider going forward. Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Texted when they were on their way and showed up when they said they would. It was a minor problem with the toilet, but Saul had the parts and fixed it in under 15 mins.

I was billed $290 for replacing a faucet that took 25 minutes labor and no material costs as I previously purchased the faucet. I realize there is travel and other non-labor related costs, but this seemed excessive to me.
