This was my second disappointing experience with Excellent Photo—and this time, it cost them our business. Zero star would be appropriate. Three weeks ago, I purchased a Tilta arm from this store. I unpacked and used it for the first time during a production only a few days ago, when I discovered a problem with two of the assembly bolts. The Sony RX10 V was hard to find in stock anywhere. I'm so glad that Excellent Photo had one and I'm very happy that I purchased from them. Everything was packed and shipped nicely with free shipping. It got here quickly and in great condition. Awesome camera. I'm hanging onto my mirrorless and old SLR, but this may become my most used camera now.
Purchased from them thru Amazon. Item is doa but they won't issue return label and make you proof it's doa. I show them all steps and photos to proof yet they said they need to send my issue to manufacture to determine if it's a lemon. They only send me a return label without shipping label for my doa product. Item purchased is a livestream device for Android phone and the first thing support ask is if I purchased correct model.
