One of the nurse practitioner made a mistake on my child immunization certificate and when I pointed it out to the manager (Ms. Alisha Palmer) that's what she told me her name is, she stated that it might be another worker and then she changed her story and said it was a glitch with the system and then withdrew my child from the practice and said that she is the manager she can do whatever she wants. The worst experience ever.
