I have the same experience with Excellent Mailbox. I contacted John, got an estimate from him. Since then I placed multiple phone calls, emails, text messages, complete silence. Thank God I hadn't made the initial deposit yet. And I'm left to wonder has something happened to him?
Paid a deposit months ago and have been trying to reach this company ever since. Calls, emails, and follow-ups have gone unanswered. Still no mailbox installation, no update, and no explanation. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Called business to schedule an install of mailboxes at an 18-unit apartment building that I own. Met with John (the owner) at the property and discussed plans for the new mailboxes to be installed. Signed his company's estimate and had my property management company write a deposit check for 50% of the cost. It's been several months since we started this process with him and now he doesn't respond to calls, email, or texts. He's gone completely radio silent.
