I recently visited this salon and Kelly took care of me. I showed her a clear reference photo for a soft layered haircut and light brown looking color. Unfortunately, the result didn’t meet my expectations. The hair color turned out significantly darker (black) than what I had asked for, and it lacked the dimension and lighter tones shown in the reference. I recently got a hair cut by Kim (I waited 2 months for an appointment) and I’m so glad I did she did amazing job layering my hair ! I am so glad i finally found my go to hair cut lady even if she is 40 mins away she is worth it
