I ordered a pair of scissors this week and they were delivered the next day! To my amazement, the wooden box they were in, was sealed with a label which said that the scissors had been hand finished by an actual person and came with scissor oil and a small kit, which for me, who isn’t a trained hairdresser, is so helpful! The kit explains how to clean and maintain the scissors, which I will absolutely be doing. By far the best scissors in the world. Have four different pairs. About to buy my fifth. For the artist. I have one pair I have had sharpened three times in the 15 years I owned them and still going strong. Extraordinary
Great service. Very knowledgeable, and they had me sharp and out the door in no time. Scissors are cutting great! Definitely recommend.
Sent two pair of scissors to get sharpened only one pair came back done when I rang up to complain they just ignored I don’t recommend
